There are some shapes and sizes that are better suited for holding sauces in their ridges, while others are better for baked dishes.
What is Gomitini?
The word 'gomito' means elbow in Italian and this does slightly resemble an elbow!
White Macaroni is best known for the macaroni and cheese dish. However, it also holds just about any type of sauce well and can be used in baked recipes, soups and stir-fries.
Cooking Gomitini
Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
