What Are Camelina Seeds?

Camelina, also known as Gold of Pleasure and false flax, has been grown in England for thousands of years and these are no exception, grown just north of ZWBF HQ at Great Tey in Essex.

Camelina Seeds are high in protein, a good source of Omega 3 oils and rich in antioxidants such as vitamin E.

How To Eat Camelina Seeds

Sprinkle on salads, use them in baking or add to smoothies for a nutritional punch,

To use camelina seeds as a vegan egg replacement, soak 1 tablespoon of seeds in 3 tablespoons of warm water for 30 minutes to replace one egg.
